Cameron Memory Gardens: Where
memories live forever
Cameron Memory Gardens of Cameron, Missouri is the only
local, family-owned, endowed care cemetery in the
four-county area. It was started in 1960, and continues
a long tradition of sensitive, compassionate care for
the families we serve in northwest Missouri.
Cameron Memory Gardens provides you and your family a
peaceful setting, with carefully maintained landscaping
to honor the memory of those you love. In addition, this
unique garden is known for the traditional Parade of
Flags that are flown along the cemetery drive each
Memorial Day. It’s a fitting annual tribute to all those
who rest here.
To
help preserve the inviting appearance of this beautiful
location, Cameron Memory Gardens requires bronze markers
set on granite. Veterans of the Armed Forces are
eligible to receive a bronze marker or niche marker at
no cost to the family. (This does not include the
granite or the setting fee that is required by the
cemetery.) The families of the veteran may donate the
flag of the veteran to the cemetery,
to be flown during our Memorial Day Parade of
Flags.
The Gardens has three sections. The center section is
Christus Garden, surrounding a magnificent statue of
Christ. The west section is Memory II, and the east
section is Memory III.
